Hello! For you? How does it feel to be Single? There are lots of opinions regarding this matter, opinions from different kinds of people who are experiencing singleness on their lives. There are some specific reasons why they are single, its either they have experienced such break-ups with their former partners or No Boyfriend/Girlfriend Since Birth (NBSB/NGSB). But, there are some reasons also like the aged people who didn't have their partner since teenage life until now, they are called "Matandang Binata or Matandang Dalaga", These are people who chose career or some important things on their lives rather than Love, still they are enjoying their lives as Single.
These article or blog post is created to conclude or observe how people survive from being Single. I think I'm one of them, Lol. But, I'm waiting for the right time and the right person who will change my life and enjoy it to its fullest. I have surveyed and asked some people who are close to me who are in relationship and single, what can they say about being Single or for them, what is the meaning of Single:

Masaya syempre! Kase walang dagdag na Responsibilidad. Nakakapag-focus ka sa mga goals mo, and yung pinaka magandang reason is that you can be with anyone you want to, unlike kapag taken, more likely kayo lang magkasama, yung social life mo kapag single ka super saya :)
Yung feeling na ayaw mong madaliin para hindi magmukhang desperado. PERO!! hindi ganun yung gustong ipahiwatig ng isip ko kasi, tumatanda na ako, at hanggang ngayon NGSB, parang naiisip ko tuloy na baka iniisip nila na bakla ako, pero hindi, sadyang TORPE lang at yung tipong me mahal ka pero di ka mahal at me nagmamahal sayo pero hanggang kaibigan lang.. Sadyang masakit sa pakiramdam eh..
For me, being single is HAPPY! :) Happy in the sense that wala kang iniisip na iba. Sarili mo lang. Pero ang pagiging single ay mahirap din lalo na kung inggitera ka. Siyempre maiinggit ka sa iba, na minsan o madala, you'll ask yourself, "Bakit ako walang boyfriend o girlfriend." Haha! Pero ako, masayang-masaya na single kasi hindi ko naman priority ang pakikipagrelasyon, for me, what matters most is myself, family, friends and of course serving our God. I'm still waiting kung darating sya pero sa ngayon, ayoko muna. Naniniwala din ako na mas masaya ang single kesa in a relationship. Enjoy Life! Enjoy Goya! Hahaha! Basta ang motto in life ko? "Wait patiently on God's perfect timing." Darating din yun! :)

The feeling of being a single?... I can't answer this question, coz' I haven't beeing a single in my entire life. I mean, I have my friends, my family. I have my peers that make me feel that I am not a single.. That I'm not alone =)

Ok lang, mas better ang single dahil alam ko na mas makakapag focuse ako sa mga bagay na dapat ay doon talaga ako nagfofocus... And base on my own experience mas masaya ako pag single kasi walang istorbo, walang sagabal at hawak ko ang oras ko... Basta't masaya lang ang pagiging single pero minsan nakakamis at nakakainggit, hehehe... Basta't ako I'm waiting for the right person with permission ni Lord :) In addition pag single walang intriga.

Ok lang na magin single kasi pag walang boyfriend mas lalo kang nakakapag focus sa study. Kapag single ka masaya, walang iniisip walang pinoproblema pero pag minsan malungkot din kasi hinahanap mo yung may nag-aalaga sayo, may nag-aalala sayo, yung bang tinatanong kung kumain ka na, kung ok ka lang, kung nakauwi ka na sa bahay. Pero habang single ang isang tao mahalin na nya ang kanyang sarili, ang kanyang pamilya at kung anong bagay ang nasa kanya =)

As a christian mas masarap maging single kasi kahit single ka alam mo na si Lord sya yung boyfriend mo. And siguradong hindi ka nya iiwan, sasaktan at siguradong hindi ka ma bo broken hearted kasi super mahal tayo ni Lord. Actually, hindi pa ako nagka BF since birth. Pero kahit ganun masarap talaga ang feeling. 2 beses nang nagsing ng manifesto. and I know bnawat is satin may kapartner dito sa mundo =) so Kailangan lang natin maghintay, kahit matagal ok lang kasi siya talaga yung binigay ni Lord satin.

Those are the different comments and insights of some of my friends who I asked. Different meanings and different definitions we're used by them on what are their feeling of being single, no boyfriend or girlfriend since birth, etc.
Of course, as we all know, its the matter of their choice why now they are still single, because they want it, no one forced them. Its their own choice why the choose to be single rather than having a partner. But, in all decision like this, there are advantages and disadvantages, some thinks that being single is boring, but others don't. Some thinks that, being single is just living without enjoyment, other contradicts. That's what Love really affects the mind and heart of a human being.
Actually, being single is not boring, because there are lots of advantages that one can benefit from it. A person, once single, can enjoy life and has the freedom to do whatever they want (e.g disco, hang-outs, etc.), you are free to flirt other people. whatever and whenever, not unlike if you are involved in a relationship, whether different sex or same sex. You are limited in every actions you will do. You are monitored by your partner, you really don't have the freedom to flirt somebody because you know that you are committed to somebody, and you don't want to have an argument with your partner.
Singleness is a blessing from God. You can focus to Him more. You can prioritize worshiping Him, upon where your faith to Him is going stronger and stronger. But of course, others, don't focus on their spiritual, most of the people are prioritizing their works and careers. Just because they know, these is the only thing and way that can make them busy and focused. (Busy bee)
My advice, just enjoy the like and make everyday perfect♥
